Our table-mounted 3D measuring device. Misuratubi Laser has been
specially designed to measure bent tubes and pipes.
We offer three different measuring methods to choose from: Renishaw Probe System to verify the geometry of mechanical parts
(requires 'Tutor' software by Brown & Sharpe)

measure bent pipes with brackets, T-connectors and eyelets at the pipe

With this measuring device it is even possible to verify the geometry
of a bend immediately following a bend. Furthermore bent pipes without
a constant bend radius and simultaneous twist can be verified with this
system.
In order to measure longer pipes, the geometry can be divided into
several measuring units which will be added up by the very user-friendly
software, allowing the verification of pipes with for example 4 m , 5
m, or 6 m in length.
All measured data can be transferred to the bending machine via online
data transfer with the single push of a button. No need for time consuming
archiving or inputting of coordinates that need to be changed.
This measuring system is offered in a complete package with measuring
table, PC with printer and pipe measuring program.
